Carbon Black Cloud Console: Time filter discrepancy between Alerts and Investigate pages

Issue/Introduction

• Selecting timeframe in Alerts, the page immediately filters to the new time frame and changes the number of displayed alerts
• Investigate page will not automatically re-filter the results

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Web Console: All Versions

Cause

This is how the product functionality is currently designed where one would have to click on search to trigger a time range search.

Resolution

VMware Carbon Black will unify the search feature where both pages will be consistent in an upcoming backend release.
