Cb Defense: NetMotion Interoperability With Sensor Installed

Issue/Introduction

• Windows PCs running Cb Defense sensor and Netmotion Mobility Client 
• VPN Connection fails
• VPN does not reconnect

Environment

• Cb Defense Sensor
• NetMotion VPN Client
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

• There is an interoperability issue with the NetMotion VPN client and the Cb Defense sensor.

Resolution

• NetMotion has updated their client and fixed the issue. Please upgrade to the NetMotion Mobility client version 11.43.30426 to resume successful connection.
