Issue/Introduction

How to remove an email address from Managed Detection email notifications that was not created by a user within the console.

Environment

• CBC Web Console: All Versions
• Managed Detection: Optional Add-on Subscription

Resolution

Please open a support case for assistance from the Mangaged Detection team with the email address or addresses that need to be removed.

Additional Information

It is recommended to add any email address for the organization by a user within the org in order to remove at a later time if needed.
