Issue/Introduction

Question:

After upgrading CA Datacom/DB to release 14.0 from 12.0, the Database Administrator noticed that the number of command lines in DDOL panels is now 3.

There was only one command line in previous release.

How to change the number of command lines, to make it as before?

Answer:

DDOL and Ideal command lines can be changed via IPCV transaction (IPC Verification)  using "option 1 -  SET COMMAND SITE"

SET command SITE option will change permanently the number of lines.

SET command SESSION option will temporary change the number of lines the time of the Ideal/DDOL session.

Note that when asm/link the SC00OPTS macro, the number of lines defaults to 3.
