Issue/Introduction

Interacting with different windows within the UI such as Watchlists or Process Search takes minutes to load, or times out.

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: 6.x
• CB Response Windows Sensor: 6.2.1

Cause

• Filtering and Suppression are disabled for this instance.
• Known issues using the Windows 6.2.1 Sensor

Resolution

• Upgrade the 6.2.1 Windows Sensors
• Enable Medium Suppression
• Enable Filtering of Known Modloads.
