Upgrading CB Response Server fails with error: 

[Errno 14] problem making ssl connection

 

Environment

• CB Response Server: 6.X and higher

Cause

CarbonBlack.repo file has the cert/key information missing.

Resolution

Verify the /etc/yum.repos.d/CarbonBlack.repo file matches the settings within the CarbonBlack Cluster/Server Guide: Installing and Initializing a New CB Response Server
