CB Response Cloud: User Can Login But Does Not Appear In The User List For Team Assignment

Issue/Introduction

• User is sent an invite to a CB Response Cloud instance 
• User accepts the invite and can successfully login
• User does not appear under Users page for team assignment

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: All Versions

Cause

Issue with user account sync between Carbon Black identify provider (which provides login) and the cloud instance

Resolution

 Log a support ticket and include:

•   the username which failed to appear
•   the time of creation/login
•   a link/reference to this article

Additional Information

This incorrect behavior can only be addressed by the Carbon Black team.
