EDR: Event Forwarder fails to Start/Stop when state is modified through Unified View

Issue/Introduction

Event Forwarder Service state does not respond to Start/Stop buttons via UI page when browsing a server/cluster via Unified View

Environment

• EDR Server:  7.1.0 and later
• Unified View:  All Supported Versions

Cause

• Unified View does not properly handle API calls needed for Event Forwarder UI integrations
• Tracked for a future release: CB-32526: UnifiedView to handle EventForwarder controls

Resolution

Start/Stop from UI works correctly when logging into the server/cluster directly.
