Cb Response: Gateway Timeout when trying to access Yara Manager

Issue/Introduction

 

• When navigating to the correct URL for Yara manager, a Gateway Timeout error or 502 error is presented

Environment

• Cb Response Cloud
• Yara Connector installed
• Yara Manager installed

Cause

• Yara manager is down or nonfunctional 

Resolution

• Log a support ticket including the URL that encountered the problem, the error message you received, and the time when the issue occurred.
