• Build on developer machine starts out fast, but slows down as the build processes continues. 
• Build may eventually appear to hang/stall.
• System may become unresponsive or have degraded performance

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Windows sensor: 3.7.x - 3.8.0.684
• Windows:  All supported versions

Cause

Known issue tracked under UAV-2683

Resolution

Upgrade to 3.8.0.722 where this issue has been resolved.
