Issue/Introduction

How does policy setting 'Auto-Deregister VDI sensors that have been inactive for' determine inactive duration?

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
  • Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: All Supported Versions

Resolution

  • A Sensor on a VDI device will be considered Inactive when the Last Check-In Time exceeds the duration of the auto-deregister setting.
  • This setting supersedes the default behavior where Sensors enter Inactive Status after 30 days.
