Carbon Black Cloud: MicroSurvey FieldGenius fails to load documents with active sensor

Issue/Introduction

• FieldGenius opens but is unable to load procjects inside application
• When opening a project Field genius shows blank window
• Placing sensor in bypass resolves issue

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5+
• MicroSurvey FieldGenius 10

Cause

• FieldGenius.exe hangs when loading C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319\clr.dll.
• Stack trace shows the thread is suspended trying to release a pushlock

Resolution

Engineering pursuing fix in DSEN-11006
