• Audit Log shows action 'Generated new company registration code' sometime after registration date of sensor

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.4+

Cause

Company code has been updated after the sensor registration date

Resolution

Uninstall and reinstall sensor
