EDR: NVD Feed is Decommissioned

Issue/Introduction

• NVD feed is not providing updates.
• The update_timestamp value is not updating in the alliance_feeds postgres table.

Environment

• EDR Server: All versions

Cause

As of December 2021, the NVD is being decommissioned.

Resolution

Disable or remove the NVD feed.
