Issue/Introduction
EDR console option 'Go Live' presents HTML code for HTTP 502 Bad Gateway.
Environment
- EDR: Server 7.6.x
Cause
On the primary server, cb-liveresponse service has stopped.
Resolution
From the primary server's command line run:
/usr/share/cb/cbservice cb-liveresponse start
Additional Information
- Review the logs /var/log/cb/liveresponse/debug.log for any errors causing the service to stop.
