Is it Possible to Install a Sensor Offline?

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to install a sensor offline without the need of communicating to the backend?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5 and above

Resolution

The sensor can be installed offline from version 3.5 and above via OFFLINE_INSTALL but will still need backend access to be functional

Additional Information

The sensor will not function as expected until it has made contact with the back-end server to download policy actions and rules.
