To enable VDI on a CB Response Cloud instance

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: All Versions

Resolution

1. Open a Carbon Black support case.
2. Provide the CB Response Cloud instance host-name.
3. Confirm that the VDI feature is functioning correctly.
4. Close the case.

Additional Information

• Services on the CB Response Cloud instance will be restarted once the VDI feature has been applied.
