To switch to a customer org using the Carbon Black Cloud Web Console as an MSSP

Environment

  • Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Resolution

  1. Log into MSSP organization
  2. Click on user name at top-right of page
  3. Select "Switch Orgs"
  4. Choose an Org and click "Ok"
