CB PSC: Alert Links in Notifications Go To Dashboard and Not Alert

• Carbon Black Cloud Enterprise EDR (formerly Cb Threathunter)

Issue/Introduction

• CB ThreatHunter only or CB Defense + CB ThreatHunter org
• The Alert Notification buttons/URLs load the main dashboard
• For email alerts:
  • Cb Defense button loads the main dashboard, no additional filtering is applied
  • Cb Defense + Cb ThreatHunter button loads the Investigate page, with only a 'Device ID:' filter applied, no further Alert specific details.

• CB PSC Web Console: All Versions
  • CB Defense
  • CB ThreatHunter

Cause

Carbon Black Engineering is currently investigating the cause of this issue

Resolution

As a temporary workaround, searching for the Alert ID mentioned in the URL should return proper result
