CB Defense: 'sc control cbdefense' Commands returning Access is Denied errors

Issue/Introduction

The following error message is displayed when running any 'sc control cbdefense' command:

[SC] ControlService FAILED 5:  
Access is denied.

Environment

• CB Defense Sensor: Version 3.3 and Higher

Cause

sc control cbdefense commands were replaced with RepCLI commands in the 3.3 sensor
