Issue/Introduction

Error when attempting to use the 'Delete Deregistered Device' action on the Endpoints page

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Versions

Cause

Endpoint is not deregistered.

Resolution

De-register the sensor, and then try the delete:

Additional Information

If the above steps do not help to delete the devices from the CB Defense console, please open a case with support, and include the hostnames for the machines you are attempting to remove.
