Issue/Introduction

New User is not Showing up in Console after Inviting

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Backend: All supported versions

Cause

New user account will not be fully added before password reset is done by the user.

Resolution

The new user needs to reset password through invite email and finish the first successful logging in to CBC console to show up in Users page.
