Issue/Introduction

Domain name is not shown in console after installed with VPN

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All supported versions

Cause

VPN could stop sensor from collecting the correct Domain information during installation

Resolution

1. Disable VPN when installing the sensor if domain name is required to show in console
2. Re-enable VPN after install
