Verify a connection between a sensor and the Carbon Black Cloud through a browser.

Environment

• Endpoint Standard (formerly Cb Defense) Sensor: All Versions
• Endpoint Standard Backend: All Versions

Resolution

1. Open a browser on the device you want to test connection on
2. Navigate to https://<server_url>/services/anything
   • Example: https://dev-prod05.conferdeploy.net/services/anything 
3. If the browser shows "Error", the server can be reached
4. If the browser returns "not reachable", the server cannot be reached
