How to verify an Administrator exists in the console

Environment

• Hosted EDR: All Versions

Resolution

1. Locate the Manage pane on the left side of the page
2. Click "Users" link
3. Locate user on the Users page
4. Edit the user.
5. If the user is a Administrator the "administrator" box will be checked.

Additional Information

• Users do not have rights to elevate privileges
• If there is an Administrator present in the console contact the administrator for assistance
