Issue/Introduction

"Error: Failed to run query. Request failed with status code 404" received when attempting to run a query in UI.

Environment

• EDR Server: 7.2.0 and Higher
• EDR Windows Sensor: 7.1.0 and Higher

Cause

Unsupported sensor version for this beta feature installed on endpoint: LiveQuery is only supported on Windows Sensor 7.1.0 and higher.

Resolution

Install Windows Sensor 7.1.0 or higher on the affected endpoint.
