In my CTS region which is running the ACF2/CICS interface the DFHSIT XPCT and XTRAN parameters are being ignored. Why?

Issue/Introduction

In my CTS region which is running the  ACF2/CICS interface  the DFHSIT XPCT and XTRAN parameters are being ignored. Why?

The ACF2/CICS interface ACFPARM CICSKEY RESOURCE=TRANS OPTION parameter setting overrides the the DFHSIT XTRAN and XPCT parameters.                                

CICSKEY RESOURCE=TRANS,OPTION=Ignore|Validate,TYPE=CKC,USERDATA=NO|YES

If the OPTION for TRANS is set to VALIDATE the SIT values XPCT and XTRANS are set to YES and following messages are issued during initialization:

ACFAE303 ACF2/CICS setting DFHSIT value XPCT=YES

ACFAE304 ACF2/CICS setting DFHSIT value XTRAN=YES

If the OPTION for TRANS is set to IGNORE the SIT values XPCT and XTRANS are set to NO and no messages are issued.

So if a site is not seeing the ACFAE303 and ACFAE304 messages that would indicate that the ACF2/CICS CICSKEY for Resource TRANS is set to IGNORE.
