Issue/Introduction

• "Limit Export Directory Size" setting in CB Protection UI not limiting export directory size.
• Size of any of the following files surpass the limit set in this configuration: EventTrace-20200122.bt9, MetadataTrace-20200122.bt9, NetTrace-20200224-183551.bt9.

Environment

• CB Protection Server: 8.0 and Higher
• Splunk: All Supported Versions

Cause

Hung service on CB Protection Server.

Resolution

1. Restart ParityServer and ParityReporter services on CB Protection Server.
