EDR: Upgrade Failing With Error "[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/cb/data/pgsql/'"

Issue/Introduction

Receive the following error despite several attempts to upgrade EDR Server:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/cb/data/pgsql/'

Environment

• EDR Server: 6.2.3 and Higher

Cause

Two sets of pgsql data mounted at the same spot on the server: one on /opt/cb/data/pgsql within /opt and then the data partition; upgrade script cannot see the data it needs to continue.

Resolution

1. Unmount the empty data partition:

umount <DataPartitionName>

2. Rerun upgrade script:

/usr/share/cb/cbupgrade

Additional Information

Unmounting the empty data partition will reveal the missing directory the cbupgrade script is looking for.
