• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

There are multiple ways a file can be approved during a cache consistency check.

• New files found during a full scan are Locally Approved.
• A file hash matches a hash with an Approval in the Console.
• File is signed by a Publisher that is Approved in the Console and has passed validation checks.
