When selecting the WebCenter parameter group, the following error message is received: ERROR-CODE: 7190 MESSAGE: N59005 PANEL $NMINWEBCIP NOT FOUND IN ANY LIBRARY IN PATH

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to access the WebCenter parameter group, panel is not displayed and the following messages appear:

This problem is most likely due to having applied fix RO64219 without running the necessary jobs referenced in the fix HOLD data. The fix modifies the product code to add the Performance Charts Web App feature to NetMaster, and also adds a new panel, $NMINWEBCIP, to the WebCenter parameter group. After the fix was applied, the HOLD ACTION jobs should have been run to copy the required data from the target libraries to the region MODSDIS, PANLDIS and OSCNTL VSAM files. If the HOLD ACTION jobs were not run after the fix was applied, then the new $NMINWEBCIP panel required for the WebCenter parameter group cannot be found, resulting in the error.  

Please review the HOLD ACTION data in fix RO64219 and run the necessary jobs, or alternatively you can re-run the S03LDVIP install job JCL generated from the INSTALL EXEC when you were building your NetMaster region.
