App Control: Login Screen Refreshes Without Error Upon Entering Credentials

Issue/Introduction

• Login screen will refresh without showing any errors after entering credentials and clicking "OK".
• This will occur with any login, including the default "Admin" login.

Environment

• App Control Server: 8.5.4 and Higher

Cause

Service account for App Control Server does not have local admin permissions.

Resolution
