Does restarting the ParityServer and ParityReporter services cause agents to disconnect from the App Control Server?

• App Control Agent: All Versions

Resolution

Yes, restarting the ParityServer and ParityReporter services will cause the agents to temporarily disconnect, and have to reconnect to the App Control server once the services have completely restarted.

Full agent reconnection to the App Control server may take time, depending on the number of agents to reconnect.
