Runtime error when trying to login to the default App Control Dashboard screen

Environment

  • App Control Server: 7.x and Higher
  • Microsoft Windows: All Support Versions

Cause

This is can be caused by .NET Framework issues which the Dashboard relies on

Resolution

  1. Check for updates to the currently installed version of .NET Framework 
  2. Repair or reinstall .NET Framework if updates do not resolve the issue
