CB Protection: Mac Freezes and Screen Goes Black With Agent Installed

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes with the Agent installed on MacOS the screen will go blank and the computer freezes

Environment

• CB Protection Server: 7.2.3 and Higher
• CB Protection Agent: 7.2.3.4000 
• Apple MacOS: 10.13 and 10.14

Cause

There is a known issue with the 7.2.3.4000 Agent

Resolution

Upgrade to the 7.2.3.4002 Agent
