CB Response: Sensor Installer Download Fails With Error "File not found"

Issue/Introduction

When trying to download any sensors through the console it fails with message
 

File not found An error occurred during a connection to FQDN:8443

 

Environment

• CB Response Console: 6.2.x and Higher
• Linux: All Supported Versions

Cause

This can be caused by incorrect permissions on the /tmp directory which is used during the sensor installer download process

Resolution

Confirm that the permissions on the /tmp folder are drwxrwxrwt root root
