Can App Control  block a website?

Environment

• App Control Server:  All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

No, App Control can not block website access

Additional Information

• The only way App Control could would be by blocking the internet browsers, which is probably too restrictive
• Use a 3rd party applications, for example Websense which can be used to restrict access to specific URLs and categories of websites
