Error on installation: 
Pre-requesite Check Failed API Unavailable

 

Environment

  • App Control Server: All Versions

Cause

Upgrade fails with error "Pre-requesite Check Failed API Unavailable".

Resolution

  1. Navigate to folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bit9\Parity Console\WebUI\Logs\
  2. Move the file "php_errors.log" to the Desktop
  3. Rerun the installer
