Issue/Introduction
When generating a new agent communication certificate the following error is recieved. "Could Not Create Certificate with Specified Parameters."
Environment
App Control Server: 8.5.2-8.6
Cause
This can be caused by adding a space into the certificate information. For example:
- City: Kansas City
- Department: IT Security
Resolution
Remove spaces from the certificate prior to generation.
