Last Sync Time: Is the last time a vulnerability scan occurred on the device 

Resource: The version of the software detected in relation to the vulnerability

Fixed By: The version of the software where the vulnerability is fixed

Additional Information

Last Sync Time by default is updated once every 24 hours by default. It also gets updated with a manual re-assess
