Issue/Introduction

After upgrade, console reports agent upgrade status as "Upgrades disabled"

Environment

• CB App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

During server upgrade, the global upgrade setting is disabled in order to avoid unexpected upgrades on restart.

Resolution

Upgrades can be enabled by the following

1. Open the console to Settings > System Configuration > Advanced Settings
2. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page
3. Set Automatic Agent Upgrades to 'enabled'
4. Click on Update at the bottom of the page
