Issue/Introduction
MainEngineThread is returning 1618 during upgrade
Environment
CB PSC Sensor: All Versions
Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
Cause
Sensor upgrade/install is running at the same time as another installation.
Resolution
Allow the MS Installer Service to finish it's current installation, and then reattempt the install/upgrade.
