App Control: CVE and CPE Definitions are not Loading from NIST Website.

Issue/Introduction

• CPE and CVE definitions are not syncing from NIST website.
• Manual 'Execute Sync and Match Now' does not work, always remains at 0.

Environment

• App Control Server: 8.8.0 - 8.10.0.485

Cause

Changes to the NIST API is causing sync issues. 

Resolution

This issue was tracked under EP-20148 and was addressed in App Control Server version 8.10.2.
