App Control: Deleted Computers Shown on Applications on Computers Page

Issue/Introduction

After navigating to Assets > Applications on Computers displays results from endpoints that have been deleted from the Console.

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

The current way the information is queried from the database, and presented on this page, results in the historical data being presented.

Resolution

• This is a known issue being tracked under EP-6366, and will be corrected in a future release.
• A script can be provided by Support to permanently delete this information from your database. This would result in the historical data being permanently removed, rather than not displayed.
