"DB_DataObject Error: No Database Name" Seen When Navigating the Console Pages

Issue/Introduction

Error in the App Control Console - "DB_DataObject Error: No database name / dsn found anywhere"

Environment

• App Control: 8.0.0 - 8.10.4
• Web Browser: All Supported Versions

Cause

A web session authentication token is lost.

Resolution

This issue was tracked under EPCB-20358 and resolved with the release of Server 8.11.0. Upgrading the Server to that version (or higher) will resolve the issue.

In the meantime; close and reopen the browser, use incognito mode or temporarily use a different browser.
