Issue/Introduction

Where can an Agent Uninstall Key be provided, to help with the uninstall of a disconnected Agent?

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

The Agent Uninstall Key is generated via the Console:

1. Navigate to https://YourServerAddress/support.php
2. Click on the Advanced tab
3. On the right side of the Advanced tab, click on “Generate Agent Uninstall Key”
4. Fill in the required details.

Additional Information

• To use the Agent Uninstall Key properly, the endpoint must first be booted into Safe Mode.
• Alternatively; the Windows Agent can also be uninstalled using the Safe Mode method, without an Agent Uninstall Key.
