Issue/Introduction

Does App Control work with the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)?

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• Windows Subsystem for Linux: All Versions

Resolution

• The Agent cannot detect the creation of Linux processes launched via the WSL, because the data our product expects is missing.
• The distros available through the Windows store are not supported by the App Control Agent, and an install inside that environment is not supported.
