App Control: Agent Doesn’t See Remote User Logon Sessions in Server Console

Issue/Introduction

The Agent does actually track the user list. However, the agent sends the user list only when registering with the server, so the agent only re-registers when an interactive user logs on. Remote users are tracked, but not immediately sent to the server.

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• App Control Console: All Supported Versions

Resolution

This is the currently expected behavior of the Agent.
