Windows Agent Installer Disappears From Console

Issue/Introduction

• The Windows Agent Packages are missing from the Console
• The Shepherd Config: GenerateWindowsInstaller value resets to False

Environment

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

Package generation fails because of antivirus conflict.

Resolution

1. Verify the Server Exclusions are correctly added to any antivirus/security product.
2. Navigate to https://ServerAddress/shepherd_config.php and change the Value of GenerateWindowsInstaller to: true
3. Follow the steps to Regenerate the Agent Installers.
