App Control: Agent Install Packages Not Generating After Reinstall

Issue/Introduction

• Package files are not being generated after reinstalling the App Control Server.
• Hostpkg webpage in the Console is blank. 

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

Agent installation files are not stored in the database, and will be removed when the App Control Server software is uninstalled.

Resolution

Follow the steps to Uploading Agent Installers and Rules to the Server which will enable package generation once again.
